5. The recipient can use their voucher code when purchasing tickets on our online platform or can quote their voucher number when booking via phone or email.

Some information about purchasing a Gift Voucher;

Prior to completing the booking form for any program you need to ensure that it is a suitable course for the recipient.

An invoice for the voucher will be sent to your email address and payment needs to be made within 7 days of issuing for the voucher to be redeemable or you need to make payment online at time of purchase.

Gift certificates are valid for 3 years from date of purchase unless otherwise stated.

Vouchers are valued at the the ticket price at time of voucher purchase. Ticket values may increase and any difference will be payable at time of redemption.

Vouchers are not redeemable for cash.

No refund will be available on unused dollar value vouchers beyond their expiry date.
